I have to say the customer service was above & beyond on our visit. I suffer with arthritis in my hips and unfortunately i sat the side of the boat that was slightly slopped, this was very uncomfortable for my hips and we were unable to move due to other reservations, Jade went totally out of her way to find a piece of wood that levelled out my chair and she succeeded ?? absolutely outstanding service from Jade, she was just amazing (along with all the other staff of course)
This guy really knows what he’s doing. Brings his amazing menu with him because hey, if it’s not broken why fix it. Amazing beef wellington only he knows how to perfect. Every time, without fail. It’s got to be the best in Suffolk in my opinion. Highly recommend always…

Mariners is an experience you should not miss. Whenever someone in my family visits they ask to go to Mariners, and they're not local either. One granddaughter lives in Australia and another in California!! My whole family loves the place.
