Firstly, this has such a lovely country pub feel to it - especially in winter, with the fire lit (the fire smelled so nice). Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and comfy seating. Had an excellent glass of red wine at a reasonable price. The menu selection was good, but there weren’t nearly enough vegetables - either as part of the mains or available as sides. That was a bit of a letdown, as I like meals to feel balanced - especially when eating out. Our mains were cooked very well....read full review
We went here for Sunday lunch, this was our first experience of the Plough Inn and what an experience we had, excellent food, fantastic service (nothing was too much trouble). We will definitely be coming back.

Our first time here today..and wasn't disappointed..wonderful Sunday Lunch..i had the beef which was beautuful. mu husband had the pork again absolutely delicious..plus the veg was amazing...all packed with flavour..we did wait a while for our meal. but so worth it....staff
