“Great place to take the little ones on a rainy day or just a fab day out with the family. However the parking is a pain. Wish they would do something about it. So make sure you turn up a little bit before hand and have coins! You do get your money back on parking but it means printing a ticket. Displaying it, going back in showing your ticket to get the money back. Bit of a faff. Wish yhey woukd have a ipad system where you enter yout reg number when arriving or something. So just make sure you arrive earlier then expected and have coins for the machine ”

“Huge theatre, not many toilets for the amount of people, 2 staff serving at half time which isnt enough, no signs to direct you - people were wondering around asking where do we go? An information email beforehand advising where things are would be helpful e.g, collect tickets from ticket office located here, the bar is located here and cafe located here. Free parking after 6pm in Battery road car park which is 2 min walk.Good local venue with a variety of shows.”

“Visited as a family of 6 after looking through many choices on Google, it caught my eye as the food looked freshly made from scratch so I called and they confirmed that it is. Husband and I had a burger and chips with some green leafy salad, the meat was really good quality, huge and filling however my husband said the burger sauce was too rich but I liked it. The chips are triple cooked, they are nice but not enough of them as you only get a very small pot. Children had sausages, one with mash, one with chips. They switched one peas for carrots and it all looked very well presentedThe staff were friendly and we were seated quickly on a nice big wooden table looking out at the garden, pretty candle and little touches that I likeThey made the drinks that I requested and nothing was too much trouble. The location is in a lovely semi rural area, with a big private car parkWe didn't have dessert as we were really full from the main. They also have a nice looking specials board”

“Food lukewarm...which seems to be the norm lately in the beefeaters that we visited. Didn't have time to send it back. Also very plain..no garnish...99p if we wanted bar-b-q sauce. Lovely waitress.”
