Not much of a drinker personally. Met up with my family to watch football, felt very welcomed by the happy staff. Beer was good, Happy to let grandchildren play on park as its away from the road and carpark. Didn't eat but food looked good. Tried to find menu online before I went but couldn't access one. Maybe it's only on social media which I don't do, Shame that.

I called in on a lunchtime to get some food whilst I was on my way somewhere. Only the smaller bar food menu is available at Lunchtimes. This consists of typical British pub food. I went for the sausage and chips. It was excellent. Very much like you'd have at home. Exactly what I want from a pub, basic but really nice food. Service was excellent too. We broke down in the car park, and the staff (and customers) were so friendly and accommodating, we felt very settled after the stress of a break down, and they let us charge our phones so we could arrange recovery.I'm only sorry I didn't buy more than the one drink as I didn't know I'd be there as long as I was, but if were in the area we Will 100% be popping in for an evening.Thank you so much guys
