We had a quick lunch-stop but we were really appalled at what we found. The cafe was surprisingly half-empty on a busy day on the roads. Staff at the counter were really lack-a-daisyical; chilling, drinking, chatting playing with their hair and it took some time just to get their attention... we were the only people at the counter. The sarnie-shelves were virtually empty... the condiments station was virtually empty and was filthy... but a member of staff standing there drinking just didn't seem to be bothered. We were the only people at the counter, there were three staff behind the counter but not a single one did anything about making our coffees until we reminded them for the second time. Tables inside desperately needed a wipe down. The male toilet was foul; toilet paper on the floor of the cubicles, no soap in dispenser, one of the two sinks was blocked with what looked like vomit. We ate outside after having well covered our hands with jell! Sarnies.... bread was dry, filling was miniscule and it required a forensic approach to finding the pickle... the coffee was weak, tasteless and bitter. Little cakes were fine. Almost £20 for the experience. Never, but never will we use that "cafe to go" again... presumably the posh motor with the personalises number plate outside relating to "Cafe" was present... if so... just a hope.

Just stopped her for quick coffee stop 6 ladies needing caffeine, the coffee was good but the girl making it could do with customer service training, she was surly and generally quite rude.

The entrance from the parking area next to Greggs is a little hidden but the restaurant is smart and clean. Food selection was not extensive but we had panninis which were good. Service was quick. There was plenty of room and parking was available right outside. Very convenient.

Recently refurbished and much nicer now. No atmosphere at all and service ok.Unfortunately like the rest of the chain food is very limited and pricey.Gregg's next door makes up for it with a great selection and good prices. Can't beat those sausage rolls!

As a stop on the A14 on a long drive across country Starbucks is a fairly welcome sight. This branch has been recently refurbished but the atmosphere is now best described as 'sterile'. The toilets are immeasurably improved and it has all the usual food and drink offers of every other Starbucks, the advantage being that the coffee is drinkable unlike some other coffee sellers. Plenty of car parking and adjacent to a fuel stop.

Went in, walked straight back out, the toilets were filthy, they’ve clearly only ever had a dirty mop swilled round them at best, they smelt bad and were cold. They weren’t serving hot food and there was no one at the counter. The seating area was grubby and dated. A real shame as it was once a nice place to stop and grab a snack, it needs some serious cleaning and looking after.

Not my fave Starbucks. Not many plugs to work with and on lower chairs so it's horrible with laptops. Never too much food choices and what their is very pricey. Team were nice today at least, not their fault
