This particular Costa has the most pleasant staff, sometimes they go above baristas, sofiya the manager is always friendly, the selection has improved with the introduction of m&s food
I'm sure its lovely service but why dont they take cash? I understand for some of the smaller branches but this is a busy site on a through road. Would appreciate the option. Couldn't get my coffee today! ?

I'm a regular costa customer, I usually order the dairy-free Chocolate Brownie Frappe.Blessed to have the Addlestone branch as my local Costa, where I prefer to be served by Chloe, who always remembers my order exactly how I like it and makes it better than any other branch I visit, always topped off with a friendly greeting and smile. More people like Chloe please ? ?
