My wife and I, with our daughter visited this great pub/restaurant for lunch and we were really impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the menu. My wife has a couple of allergies which were efficiently and sensitively dealt with by James the chef and our friendly efficient waitress Kate. Very nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Very inviting and homely. Food and drinks were of a high quality, good portions sizes at very fair prices.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and well catered for. The kids menu was good quality, plenty of choice and great value.

Have recently aquired a second property in Ashtead due to working up in London. Always enjoy a drink at this pub, which is only a short walk away. The staff are great and always enjoy a social with them! :)
