We were in a different Starbucks place in Banstead. The atmosphere is really good. Spacious. We sat and drank hot drinks for the weather. RecommendVegetarian options: We would love to see more vegetarian and vegan food options

This is most definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been in terms of service. It’s almost as if you are bothering the staff or putting them out of the way by making an order there. The attitude of the staff is really off putting. Since lately I’ve been heading to Costa but I decided to get my breakfast from Starbucks today, suffice to say I will not be going back there

Having visited a few times, the pros are a nice big space to eat and drink and it's never usually really busy when I've visited. The drinks can be a little hit and miss, and it certainly took a good while to train the staff up to standard.No real atmosphere and I've been ignored and not greeted when placing my order - certain staff members have definitely been too busy talking to their colleagues to even acknowledge me properly.So it certainly depends on the day and staff shift...read full review
