My mum and I went on a Spa Rest and Reset Day - full use of spa and then a three course lunch in the restaurant. We were served by Bozena who was attentive, gentle and receptive to us. She has lovely manner with people and knew when to come over from just a glance! Thank you to Bozena for making our experience special and making the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. We wont forget it!

The staff in the hotel are fantastic. We had some issues (not due to the hotel itself), the staff were quick to remedy any problems and were so warm and welcoming. Ben, who was on the bar, was amazing and so helpful and all of the front of house staff at the restaurant were equally as pleasant. The staff who did our treatments at the spa are brilliant at what they do and really helped us relax (Elly & Abby are the names we remembered but everyone was lovely). Visited this hotel for a spa day, I had the deep tissue massage which I was told would last 25 mins but although it was a very lovely massage I did not get the 25 mins it was for a lot less which was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna, the gym was small but the equipment particularly running machine and elliptical really good. All in all a nice hotel in lovely surroundings I woud recommend but I would have liked the full time quoted for the massage.
