We were staying at Gatwick Airport and took a taxi to this lovely local pub. Three of us had the Fish and Chips and thought they were fantastic. The burger was excellent too. We had originally wanted the Roast but you had to pre order which we will do next time!
Staying in area for 3 nights, used this fab pub twice, both meals were excellent, Sunday Roast was better than mine, Alan was so attentive explaining the Gluten Free menu and telling me Sunday all day Roast was GF with GF free Yorkshire pudding and GF cauliflower cheese, I had lamb and my husband Roast Beef both meals were well cooked hot and absolutely fab with all the trimmings, Alan was so lovely highly recommend this pub.

Stopped in on the recommendation of our B&B host. Awesome recommendation. Great food, outstanding service and wonderful atmosphere. Sunday roasts, fish and chips and dessert were amazing. Thanks Alan and staff for a great evening.
