We had a 3 generation family lunch at Hamilton's. Viranjan and Sherene opened specially for us on a Sunday and prepared a buffet including some dishes that my mum had requested. My favourites were the cashew nut curry, coconut sambol and pineapple curry. The restaurant looked lovely when we came in with little extra Happy Birthday touches. You're meant to pre-book, but the owner kindly let us in on a cold very rainy night. We were grateful, having just flown from France with a hungry 3 year old in tow. Suffice it to say, we (and the toddler) were well catered for with a superb buffet of Sri Lankan food. Everything was beautifully cooked, with a wide range of delicate and spicy flavours. Absolutely amazing, the hotel is in a quaint location, the room was big enough to move around in so wasn't like a hamster den. The bed was very comfy and the whole place really nicely represented. Breakfast in the morning was lush, again fantastic presentation. Really loved this little place.
