Ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread for breakfast and only got the bread, and we ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin for my mum and she never got it, and my dad asked for no bacon in his meal once and they put bacon in it. Poor service
This branch is always madly busy, people love McDonald's; in a bit of a silly position imo, right near entrance to loos, so often have to struggle through the waiting throngs of people but I'm no motorway services designer. It is easy to order and pay at one of the many machines dotted around, which gives you a numbered receipt. The board where you can then see the progress of your order is also easy to see. Quick meet up with a work colleague who was returning from Folkestone, whilst I was coming from Heathrow Terminal 5. Good amount of parking was available; service was pretty quick and efficient. McPlant and Quarter pounder burgers were all fine.
