The toilets were absolutely filthy and even though a staff member had seen how unclean they were,nothing was done to clean them. There was urine all over the floor and all sorts of dirty tissue paper.
I dropped in while waiting for my car to be serviced. Comfy sofas as with all Neros, and nice coffee, but please …is it possible to have a few phone charging points ( the bain of my life in the UK - why are there never enough?). Also, needs a deep clean - I’m sitting facing a coffee splattered wall and it’s clearly not recent…

Came here for some drinks. Paid top dollar and was confronted with ingredients missing for certain cold drinks and filthy tables and walls that hadn’t seen a lick of paint for years. It’s ok selling the drinks but please have someone clearing up all the plates and cups left on the tables.
