I love the cakes here, especially the chocolate profiteroles cake. To be honest, we've been to the Garson's garden center many times before, but we've never had a meal at the cafe until somewhere around christmas time last year. It was super busy on Sunday had to queue for atleast half an hour to order food . 1 person has to sit a a table while the other joins the queue to order even during the half hour wait our table wasn't cleared from all the dirty plates and cups from previous occupants ..on a plus side the food was very tasty especially the salad and the size and choice of cakes were amazing ! The first time we'd visited during the week. What a difference! Busy, but not crowded. Lots of choices for things to eat and drink, super fast service and a leisurely stroll through the shop and outside areas. No queue at the butcher's counter in the food shop and again, loads of choice with nothing sold out or running low. A really good experience even though the weather was awful.
