This is a hidden jewel in the heart of Farnham. The food is great, atmosphere is amazing and great service too. We went for padron peppers, breaded mushrooms with garlic Aoli, onion rings, skin on fries, sea food paella, Greek salad and a Greek Pizza. Borellis is my favourite place in Farnham town & even though I’ve been coming here for 20 years, my recent experiences have been great! The Manager Martin is a very positive addition to Borellis. Entered the bar was greeted by 3 staff all with smiles and eager. It was very quiet i thought to myself why is this place so quiet. It must be bad. I asked to look at the cocktail menu. After looking I noticed nagroni wasn't on the menu. The manager (Martin) Asked if anything I was looking for in perticular. He explained he couldn't make a classic Nagroni. Due to not having Campari.
