Great food, but we had a couple of issues during the meal which were more or less resolved. It left a bit of an odd feeling, but I'd try them again - we all have tough days and Xmas season can be challenging for front of house.Kid-friendliness: Kids aren't their target market
My partner and I visited Friday 1st December and we cannot fault the service, albeit a little slow to bring your drinks but they apologised and the rest of the evening was great. We had the chateaubriand and it was the best steak we have had, pricey but the food, atmosphere and friendly attentive staff were worth every penny. Thanks guys

Deeelicious! First time trying Heavens Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and the steaks were cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was just right. Not too loud considering it was Christmas Eve. 10/10 all round. We’ll be back!
