Came for the curry evening with all of my family and loved it. It’s £12 for a curry, rice or naan and a drink (soft drink, wine or beer). Exceptional value for Guildford. The food was amazing with very generous portions, drinks were on point and service was friendly. Good atmosphere with several football matches being televised on the big screens. Amazing pub, been coming weekly for the Currey night Tuesdays and F1/Rugby for a few years now and will keep coming back. Amazing music always playing and great service. Definitely a gem of Guildford
If you're looking for great Indian food in Guildford, this place is an option. A pub/restaurant with a homely charm that makes you feel like you're in a bygone age with a range of drinks as well as pool/darts tables. I ordered the chicken naga with pilau rice and garlic naan. I was warned that it would be spicy but it turned out to have a moderate heat to it that made it pleasant to eat. Although it did take a while to arrive which was the only let down.
