Shout out for Sam on Friday very patient kind and thoughtful, and coffee is soo much better than the other one beginning with s, i will be back, had take out drink only but it did look cosy in there.
I enjoy visiting this Nero as it’s quieter and the service is friendly and quick. Lots of options available for food and drinks. Would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Great service. Forgot to mention we wanted decaf cappuccino, was willing to pay for new drink but they replaced free of charge. We went back a couple of hours later because they were so lovely.
