Kelly is the nicest Costa staff my mother and I have met in the past four(ish) years. We normally go to a different Costa in Guildford next to the Furniture Village, but constantly have negative experience with the staff there. They never make the drinks properly, the drinks do not taste good at all, and costumer service is awful. Had breakfast and latte .Clean floors. However some tables had tray of empty cups etc that had not been cleared straight away and also a tray that was full of cups,plates,glasses was blocking the taje away service area that people use was putting sugar in before taking away their coffee.This was easily seen by the staff as it is positioned near the barista makes the coffee the drinks.Vegetarian options: There have gluten free options of food and vegetarian menu.Kid-friendliness:...read full review

Only two girls working today. They were absolutely amazing. Excellent service, they remained calm and smiling in spite of being under massive pressure. Well done girls total admiration.
