Guildford food quality compared to other Dominos stores is very poor - The Farnham store is leaps and bounds better. The cheese often arrives dry and stale-looking. They also don't adhere to paying for extra's on the pizza to expected amounts e.g. paying for extra pizza base tomato sauce, the staff for some reason take it to mean *not including any* on the pizza base despite multiple orders, resulting in just cheese and a pizza dough base which is very bland. Not impressed with the service as they forgot one of our pizza as part of the 3 pizza 3 sides deal. Had to call twice to get one of our pizzas to come. Furthermore more they burnt our nachos! Lucky we got refunded for that but the fact we had to call 2-3 times was unnecessary! Don’t recommend.

Some of the best pizzas made by some of the bestest & hardest workers. A beautiful dominos franchise, big up to Peter, Jonathan, Alfie & all of the crew behind the scenes giving consumers happiness. You've made my life a very content one with all the delicious pizzas you've served me. P.S. you will find polite, competent, adept employees who deliver exceptional customer service at this particular franchise so please ignore the haters. One Love ☮️???
