Found the venue on a review site. Booked a table, must admit it was 75 minutes drive away, but oh so worth it! Small bread "loaf" cut into four for us. Crumbly and delicious. We deliberately chose different dishes for each of the four courses to try as many dishes as possible. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious. Highlights are hard to identify, though I never thought I would have a liver parfait as good as Hestons, I was wrong. Special mention for the mock cocktails...read full review

We enjoyed an excellent meal and fine wines in a festive and convivial atmosphere on Saturday evening. The scallops, beef wellingtons and partridge were delicious and the service exemplary. I am looking forward to a return visit.

I wanted a special place to celebrate my 80th birthday with my 3 sisters and their husbands. Kinghams could not have been a better choice. The food, service and room were all superb and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. 10 out of 10.
