It's a Starbucks in a Sainsbury's so you know what you are getting. Staff were friendly and polite. Dropped a couple of stars because it's chilly and could do with a decent clean.
I've been a few times with my daughter and have been shocked by how rude the two older woman are. However it has all been redeemed today I was first served with Harry who I don't think works the weekday mornings. He was lovely and gave us a taster of the Christmas drinks and provided a great conversation.
