Contrary to some other reviews I have found a lot of the dishes to have more flavour since new ownership. Not just more salt and MSG, actual flavour. Always very friendly staff. I guess it might depend on what you order but I would still recommend The Great Wall. I've tried the restaurants around Haslemere and Liphook and lived in London 20 years. Delicious Chinese takeaway, friendly service and quick. Ordered over the phone and only took 20mins (although it was a Tuesday). The food was very high quality. My husband said it was the best Shredded Beef he's ever had! The Shrimp Chow Mein was extremely yummy. Also the shrimp toast was fantastic.

After initially being disappointed with the quality of food from the new owners. I stopped going here. I returned a month ago and the last three takeaways I have had have been exceptionally good. The food has now improved hugely and It is back to being my go to Chinese takeaway in the area. I would suggest it is better than ever. Thank you for the improvement.
