Great pub for lunch whether it’s sitting outside on the deck or in a cosy booth near the log fire.Lunch menu is good & the light menu gives you you delicious sandwich options. The young staff are always friendly & attentive.Top tip if you fancy the Bear Pub burger which is 5 stars, I’d suggest passing on the bacon & onion ring extras - £4 for 3 x onion rings & a slice of bacon is a joke.
In my own personal opinion I think it's a tad pricey, but that isn't me saying it's bad at all! Every single member of staff was so wonderful and friendly, the food was delicious and portions are perfect!! It's just a very pricey place, I would recommend this for special occasions but not a regular, either way it was a wonderful experience and I loved my time here

Absolute gem of a place. Sat by the fire which Jack kept lovely and stoked up for us. The food was amazing full of flavour. I had the chicken roast my partner the pork loin.Christian ( manager ) and his team are very welcoming and made us feel as if we were sat in our own front room by the fire ? walked away feeling full and relaxed and happy! 100% recommend for any occasion. You’ll see is again Christian! So welcoming ?
