An odd combination of very, very good and pretty bad! The starter was excellent. One main course was delicious. One main course had superb top-notch sea bass, sauce and veg - but the roasted potatoes really seemed as though they had been made days before and warmed up in a microwave; pretty unpleasant to eat. Sunday lunch was good with an ok starter. Service was a little slow, probably due to a busy period or inattentive staff. Voices from other tables was quite audible. All in all not a bad experience despite the above feedback.

Cosy pub with a good atmosphere.The Sunday roast was of a good size and was tasty.The apple crumble desert could have had more flavour, and the sticky toffee pudding was a bit overcooked, but overall, it was a good dining experience.
