We hadn't visit The Wine Circle for a while, so took our (adult) kids and mother-in-law for lunch. 5 stars all the way! The hosts are lovely and welcoming and drinks were brought quickly. The menu is to die for - there is something for everyone. The sizzling prawns were popular and delicious. I had mushrooms - although top notch. My main of lamb cutlets was a show stopper. Superb! Enjoyed a quick lunch and a bottle of prosecco. The club sandwich was extremely tasty and well presented as was the avocado and poached eggs. Great service too!Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely place. Good food. Attentive. Pleasant staff. Felt we were being rushed st the end . Shut at 2.45 when website said 4. Understand staff shortages .Looked an excellent selection of wines.
