I think that the flavour rather than the quality of coffee varies between different chains. My personal preference is Costa Coffee with it's choice of cakes, sandwiches, etc. The only problem is than so many other people share my view that there is often a long wait to be served, hence the four stars.
Great customer service, I took my mum for a coffee and a bite to eat, she has mobility problems and we were kindly helped without asking, Grant the assistant manager could see the difficulty my mum had entering the cafe and was there in an instant to offer his help. He then helped with the coffee and cakes which was also so unexpected. What a pleasant surprise to receive exceptional customer service that is so often overlooked. What a refreshing experience, thank you.

Went last Sunday shop was really busy in the morning but all staff were super efficient. I didn't mind waiting in the queue as I could tell they were doing their best serving and making sure shop was kept clean.
