Writing this in the hope it’s seen by owners and they react accordingly. Been coming here for years because it’s served consistently good food and very good value. But have to say was very underwhelmed by latest visit. Prices have steadily gone up, which I understand given the cost of living/inflation etc. but I have been happy to still pay it because portions have stayed about the same and it’s been really good stuff. As an arab who has tried countless lebanese and arabic/ turkish grill places, I was not impressed. It was just ok, this is going to be a detailed review. Service was low, our waiter spoke poor English and some arabic. Bread was microwaved, wet and then became rock hard in minutes expectedly. The mixed appitizer platter was ok but tabbouleh was largely chopped and dry, stuffed vine leaves was from a can and not even a good brand. Nice staff, nice ambiente, great food and good portions. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I was missing some oriental flavours tonight, which their food used to have in the past.
