My son is doing a Professional Cookery course at Gateshead College, so I have been very keen to go and see what he gets up to on a Thursday when he works in the restaurant. I invited a friend to join me for lunch at Enfield's Kitchen and I have to say, we were both absolutely blown away! From the moment we set foot in the restaurant we were so well looked after - our coats were hung up and we were escorted to our table. Something specials really happening here, I think you absolutely deseve to be more well known we came on the off chance and our expectations were far exceeded. We dine out a lot, the food and service were some of the best we have received in the city.

We had lunch today with friends and every course was truly excellent. The service and friendly atmosphere was outstanding and we can’t wait to return . The soup especially was delicious and the fish cooked to perfection. Well done to everyone who made the meal so special. ???
