Esther gave excellent customer service and was able to take my order in Swahili - one of the very many languages she can speak!! We were blown away when we left the bar to find that she had built my family a new home (Pictured below for evidence). Can't believe she did it with her bare hands while we had a quick pint. Meal prior to event at The Glasshouse ( formally The Sage)Relaxed and comfortable environment.Food and drink reasonably priced and good quality.It wasn't too busy when we visited so no delays on order.Parking: Ample parking at St Anne's multi storey just behind The Pitcher & Piano.

Decided to come for a small bite and the small platter option hits the spot. Alice (pictured by accident trying to get a photo of the bridge) our server was really friendly and had great service from her.I’ve not come here at night so the music was rather loud for my liking as I had to raise my voice to speak but I got use to it after 15 minutes ?
