We ordered from WestView off UberEats tonight and the website stated delivery times of 15-30 minutes (in hindsight this was too good to be true). Cut to 1 hour 5 minutes later and we still had no food. After calling the restaurant 5x with no answer, I finally found their WhatsApp contact details on Facebook. Ordered on Uber eats. When it was 10 minutes past expected delivery time we called to check where the food was. After we had them decline our call 4 times they answered and said our food was on the way. They then shut and so we couldn’t reach them on the phone and the food never came. Writing as I am reporting with Uber eats but hopefully get our money back.

Where do I start... if I could leave no stars, I would. 1st time ordering from this restaurant on deliveroo. Ordered at 8pm on a Sunday, they confirmed and stated food would arrive by 9pm. I was unable to track order because they used their own driver. 9pm passed, we repeatedly tried to call restaurant with 3 very hungry children and nobody would answer.
