I have used this cafe for 7 years on my commute and always met with very lovely staff, so for the consistency of service, I can’t rate fewer than 3 stars. However, I was quite upset by my last visit. There is a new member of staff who got our order wrong and then didn’t apologise, instead insisting we had spoken wrongly. I ordered an oat milk latte and my partner ordered a cows milk latte. A unique coffee shop located in a very atmospheric environment in the historic arcade inside central station at the entrance area The staff are friendly and in cold weather the seats are heated from below keeping customers warm A very busy environment and a good place to people watch

Great cups of coffee. Wonderful service. If you can get discounts from your mobile carriers, this is the place to go. Best to avoid Starbucks, they are more expensive and always want to know your name.
