I've not been to this Greggs for a while but the service was absolutely fine.One of the staff had to remind the customers about wearing face coverings but was very polite in doing so...however only one person out of six in the shop took up her suggestion!

Few weeks back went there for a Mexican chicken free Pizza, they didn’t have pizza at that time, instead of saying no, they baked a new pizza for me! I really appreciate their customer service. Giving 5 stars.
