I loved going in here for a coffee and breakfast , i found the staff to be really friendly and great value for money . We need Greggs here in Australia . I wonder why we pay more here for food than UK ? i was getting a coffee and bacon egg roll and getting change from 5 pounds.. tasty bacon in the UK too . Greggs in Benwell Newcastle is worth it . I think Greggs is awesome... the variety of different sandwiches and salads is absolute top notch... I am also partial to their bakery section as their steak bakes are too nice... their cream cake selection is definitely worth a try especially their chocolate éclairs... their breakfast menu, which is served til 11am, is real tasty and great value for money... All in all definitely worth a visit

Staff in here are absolutely great. A couple of times on way to work I've popped in for a tuna sandwich and there wasn't any, the lady kindly made me one whilst I waited. Cracking service.
