Staff and store are great, and I’m not sure how they cope with the ever present queue AND collection orders now.I feel like the store has outgrown its size now as a few more seats would be great.
Just want to say a HUGE thanks to the Greggs team, especially Wendy, for helping to find my 8 year old Sons backpack that he left in the store after his train was cancelled in Newcastle, and sending it on to his home in Edinburgh. He was so upset as he had his favourite Star Wars toys in it as well as his teddy. Customer Service at his highest level!
