Me and my dad had popped in for breakfast this morning. I got the sausage mcmuffin meal and he got the breakfast roll with brown sauce meal. As we were getting some ketchup, A staff member called Brandon G offered to take our meal up to us when it was reasy for collection (as we were going to sit upstairs). Can't fault the staff in this restaurant, however there is a fowl smell inside I notice on my weekly visits,Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ground floor toilet that is wheelchair accessible plus baby change also.
Totally unacceptable. I ordered Food via McDonald’s App and the Food arrived at 2:am as I finished work late so I opened to find wrong and missing order I called McDonald’s direct as I didn’t or couldn’t get a Quick Response. Was told I had to contact customer service Via the App. Took me days to get someone to Resolve the issue.
