We stayed at this Premier Inn on a recent trip to Newcastle. Although the hotel is dated the rooms are spotless and the service is unrivalled, with every staff member we encountered being friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!
This was a tired Premier Inn, peeling paint, very few sockets, no lift even though the main webpage says it's wheelchair accessible - certainly not to the first floor! The volume on the very small and strangely placed TV (it was bolted to the edge of the desk) was restricted which wasn't ideal with all the planes taking off and landing. The internet was very flaky. Staff were fantastic and rooms we're clean and comfortable, After arriving at the hotel at 1.45am to find out my travel agent had messed my booking up and couldnt be checked in, But a huge shout out to Shanna and Gemma, I really couldn't thank them enough, they went above and beyond to arrange something for me,
