We had to wait a short time for a table but that was fine. There were very few really healthy options on the menu. Between us we had scampi, steak and chicken. There were too many chips with each meal. The plates of food were huge but really a plate half the size would have been enough. Arriving after five o'clock we were too late for the lite bites, as a result we all left some of our meal. Staff were good, food was hot but too much.
Amazing Sunday lunch roast beef was delicious good portion lovely staff best book though we got there 11.50 and Que was about 30 deep my partner wasn't too impressed with his large meal wasn't happy I had more roasties than him lol definitely be back?

On my doorstep but never been before. Was definitely worth the visit. It has to be the best value for money pub in the local area. Had a Halloumi starter which was lovely and very tasty. Had black and blue burger for main. Good portion sizes. Burger very tasty. Although I enjoyed the chips, usually I'd have less of them but chunkier. I can't fault the staff friendliness. Drink prices also very reasonable in the current climate. I will definitely visit again.
