The service was great and the restaurant itself is lovely inside. I found the food to be expensive and not worth the money. I've tried Zizzis a couple of times and each time food wise it's just been ok.
Recently had a group Xmas lunch here. Not been for a while and had high hopes however after recent trips to local family run Italians Zizzi has really slipped down in my estimation.I had the king prawn linguini. The portion was a good size but the sauce felt mass produced and was very watery. There wasn’t a huge amount of king prawns either or pea shoots. The staff gives us a warm welcome and secretly arranged a birthday surprise for dessert, the food was delicious, amazing customer service, top class. I would definitely go there again.
