I visit here via the drive thru at least 4 times a week I really like the coffee and the staff are always friendly I sometimes sit in with friends and find it a nice venue with good opening hours to suit. I was taken a back to see this only has an average of 1.5 stars It appears to be that those minority with issues are leaving reviews and the thousands that love it and are regulars aren’t so I thought I’d try and balance it up as the stars are certainly not a reflection of my experiences and I am very fussy!

Customers in the actual cafe come bottom of the list - everyone around is served first - drive through customers, online orders , everyone but the person standing there waiting patiently for one cup of coffee .

Poor and very slow service inside as there is a clear priority to serve drive-thru customers. Waiting over 25minutes for two drinks is not acceptable.

The slowest service in the drive-thru yesterday. Once you’re in the queue you can’t get out. It was painfully slow, then the girls were chatting away when I finally got to the window.

Overall it’s an OK Starbucks, however the staff are always grumpy and can often get orders wrong due to the pressures of having to server customers via the drive thru in a certain time period. They’re often short staffed too, so if the drive thru is busy, the store stuffers.Parking: There’s maybe 4/5 parking spaces, sometimes these are used by people at the garage, and with it being busy and therefore causes extra difficulties when parking.

The last 5 times I’ve been to this Starbucks they mess up my order, it’s my local so I will continue to go and the coffee is always spot on but they either give me the wrong size, give me hot latte instead of iced or give me the wrong food. They never seem to apologise either
