I visit here via the drive thru at least 4 times a week I really like the coffee and the staff are always friendly I sometimes sit in with friends and find it a nice venue with good opening hours to suit. Customers in the actual cafe come bottom of the list - everyone around is served first - drive through customers, online orders , everyone but the person standing there waiting patiently for one cup of coffee .
