Went to Miller and carter Sunderland for dinner January 4th for my first ever visit. Read mixed reviews on TripAdvisor and had mixed reviews from family and friends so was sceptical. All I can say is my visit was first class We went as a table of 5, we each had a steak (4 Fillets and 1 Ribeye), each steak was cooked to perfection, each nice and hot but well rested. Family meal for 2 birthdays with 3 siblings and partners. We had 3 excellent meals with starters and chateaubriand which were all excellent. Our server Bethany was fantastic, she made us very comfortable and became part of our evening. Advised us on our choices and was at hand all the way through, certainly added to our night

Excellent service by our waitress Emily, very attentive. The food was delicious, fillet steaks were tasty and cooked perfectly. There was a mix up with our bill but this was dealt with quickly without any fuss.
