Food always lovely but absolutely atrocious customer service. Really intimidating and nasty for no reason. If you order through them me sure you don't have to communicate with them use just eat or something... no need for the way my partner was treated tonight by the staff.
Food was hot and good quality, slightly more expensive than others but the food does seem to be better. Only thing that could be improved is when the delivery driver delivered to my student accommodation he had me stood across the road for 10 minutes in the rain as he said he wasn't going to come down the side street where my actual building is. Other than that all was good.
