Fab tasting food. Delivery driver however needs sorting out. Really appreciated being ignored whilst he was on the phone, throwing my food through the front door onto the carpet and running away with a grunt before speeding off...

Food is usually good and service is usually good but when the foreign driver ask’s for a tip just because he’s delivered an about 20 extra metre’s due to unforeseen circumstance’s that I cannot control?? Bad customer service. Next time that guy ask’s for a tip I’m never using these people again and I use them quite often,even the delivery driver has said that. But now he’s pleading for a tip?? This will be the last time that I order food from this Chippy. I’ve had late deliveries in the past but this is the longest I’ve had to wait. Phone ordered food at 7.41pm. 8.50pm,,,no food so rang them. They said it was very busy. Food arrived at 9.20pm. Not hot. Most of it went in the bin. What a waste of money. They need a bigger premises with more ovens, more staff and more delivery drivers.
