We use this costa often but this morning the service from Adam (I believe) was exceptional. Working alone for a short time as the shop opened there was a queue to the door, Adam was professional yet friendly and so calm. What impressed me as I waited for my turn to be served was how he knew customers names and greeted them individually, knowing what their drink would be he was one step ahead making the drinks.I work in hospitality and I understand the importance of customer care,...read full review

I come to Costa most days to have an hour to myself and do some reading for work. It really is a great coffee shop. The coffees are delicious. Most of all, the staff are brilliant. They know my order, have a sunny disposition and daily chat. Sitting listening, I can hear that every customer who comes in is given the same welcome. They know all the regulars and make the morning coffee experience a great one.

Staff here are always really friendly and helpful even on the busiest days. Tables are cleared very quickly and the place is always kept spotless. Overall a lovely place for a coffee and quick bite to eat.
