Lovely chippy and the food is amazing. Took the kids down the beach then they wanted chips and we all got sausage and chips with curry and it was all gluten free as my daughter is Celiac. There was 3 kids an 2adults and we all got fed for £12 pound and we were all full with a few chips leftover. This is one of the best chip shops in the noth east can't recommend it enough Especially for the Gluten Free option and you will find it hard to beat to fill a family of 5 for £12 pound...read full review

Was good but it kind of lacks nowadays a personal favourite of mine was the seafood basket until they removed it from the menu. Chips are dry and fish is thin. Atmosphere is goodKid-friendliness: Kids meals are available

Fish finger sandwich great. Chips not brilliant Waitress bit rude when asked for knives, seemed unhappy and threw on my mums tray (who is 84) then glared at us going down stairs. Lots of rubbish, overflowing.... seemed like might be better if option for recycling cans/bottles bin, rather than all going in same bin.
