“I am visiting local pubs to rate the Guinness, first up The Plough in Aberaman.It gets served a lot here which is a positive start, the glass was clean and the bar lady took her time with pulling the pint.So far so good.After it settled the head was thick and creamy, it survived the tilt test which is important to me and when finished the rings of froth on the inside of the glass were defined nicely.As good as it comes locally I'm guessing. By the way it tasted very nice.4.5 out of 5.”

“Visit mostly on weekday evenings, so it's generally quiet, relaxed atmosphere. One issue with ordering food is some of the tables don't have numbers on, but food is always served quick and is always hot.

Parking: Car park opposite, or big carpark at bus station (5 minutes walk away). Free after 3pm weekdays.”
