Sunday lunch very tasty and reasonable value. Great character pub with original features. Service okay but some waitress staff need to attend to requests. Also at times to many dogs around nice cooked food.
The Penhelig Arms provides first rate food and drink and we always call in when in Aberdovey. Nice beer garden overlooking the estuary providing fantastic views. Their Rev James bitter is one of the best ales I`ve ever tasted and perfectly kept.

Great food, great service and great service! Friendly kind service, very helpful and chatty! We had a Sunday roast and they were amazing, really tasty, good portions and very filling! We would recommend and are going back again during our stay here in Aberdyfi.
