Great little pub we stopped at for lunch after a long walk, very friendly staff, great service, staff bought water and snacks for the dog, and they had good gluten free options! We had the roast which was delicious, standout was the Stilton cauliflower cheese ?

Really nice atmosphere, we came in for a quick pint, on entering we seen there was three seats in front of the open fire, we're we sat and had drinks and played a game of chess with my son, prefect on a cold winters night. We ended up having lunch which was really nice, great value for money! Would definitely recommend visiting.

The food here, is easily the most beautiful food I've ever had in a restaurant or pub, I myself had the hunters chicken, it was cooked to perfection, my fiancé had the pandy burger, and as burger fanatics as we are has said its the best burger he's ever had, my mother had the faggots and has said you can easily tell they are homemade and taste gorgeous, my dad had the beef pie and said it was lovely, the chips that come with the food as well were really well cooked.
