Preferred it before the refit as it now feels a bit more like a uni refectory rather than the cosy boozer it used to be, especially as you now have to order food from the cafe outside and wait for frozen chips to be heated up (if you want chips definitely go to one of the chippies along the road). Kids' fish fingers were small and more like fish knuckles sadly.This pub could be amazing but seems to just want to cater for high volume tourists rather than a quality experience.Interesting...read full review

Couldn't fault this place, clean,drink and food was good, atmosphere as you would expect for a afternoon visit, very busy and there's no reason to wonder why.The Chicken balti was nice. See

didn't have food but noticed its must have had shed loads spent on the place ... very impressed ... felt welcome and great location as always...but just felt nicer as its been improved inside and out ...well done the Morton !! ??
